John 2: 1- 11 Wedding at Cana
:3 the mother of Jesus said, “they have no wine”
:5 His mother said to the servants “ Whatever He says to you, do it.” (the miracle happened with Mary’s intercession and Jesus begins his works)

The Point= you and I have been called to join in Christ’s redemption of mankind, - Christ’s suffering is the cause of our salvation – but – He uses his body – us the church to offer our sufferings up as Christ did, we rejoice in our sufferings filling up that which is lacking in Christ’s suffering – this is the faith to continue in.
